THE MORTGAGE PROCESS
STEP 1: APPLICATION
Our online application will take approximately 5 minutes to complete. Please try to complete it as accurately as possible, as this will help us place your loan with the best lender and at an excellent rate.
STEP 2: PROCESSING
We will then be in touch to review your application and discuss your specific needs before getting you approved for your mortgage financing. We also send you a list of documents needed to be collected upfront to help streamline the approval process. My “Pre-Underwrite” process sets me apart from other bank advisors and brokers. By going above and beyond the general “pre-approval” protocol, we complete a verification of assets, income, employment, along with a credit check, to help eliminate any potential issues down the road.
STEP 3: ACCEPTANCE
When your loan is approved, we will send you your approval and a list of any other required documents needed as requested by the bank/lender. The approval must be signed and returned along with any other required documents.
STEP 4: FUNDING
Once all conditions are met then the last step to have your loan complete is to meet with your lawyer to sign, finalize and register your mortgage loan. At this stage, you will sign the final version of the approval documents and they will walk you through the final steps to get the mortgage finalized
